Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form and cheque to us.

Return / Refund Policy

Products may be returned to us within 28 days of purchase. We will only refund or replace faulty goods or goods that are unopened. The original packaging must be intact - if the packaging has been opened then we cannot resell the goods, and so, unfortunately, we cannot give a refund.
If the goods have been damaged in transit you must notify us within 4 days of receipt.

If you wish to return goods please contact us via email and we will send you a return cover note with RMA number and returns delivery address. When you send the return please also enclose a copy of your invoice and a covering letter explaining what the problem is. A copy of the e-mail confirmation is not sufficient and does not count as a proof of purchase.

If you do not include all of the necessary information then refund or replacement of your goods may be delayed or not completed. Goods ordered in error returned for credit incur a 10% restocking charge.
Cherlyn will only refund reasonable shipping costs, and only if we have made a mistake, e.g. sent incorrect or faulty goods. In these circumstances we will normally arrange a collection of the goods.

We recommend that returns are sent via a secure parcel service and you adequate insurance. Cherlyn can accept no responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are a flate rate per shipment based on destination.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
